Beautiful gardens surround the house, there is an ancient spring with  

stone dressing well, a pond and grass walks through the trees, a lawn  

surrounded by rhodedendrons which flower in May and june.

The original house of Llwyncor was probably an early ‘hafod’ or long house.


This was later extended over the centuries, once in 1781 by the social reformer Llewelyn David and again in 1873.


Consequently ithe property connects directly to the old network of green tracks which make it easy to walk without the need of a car.
